Today, let’s try to stop controlling the way our salvation occurs; let’s simply kneel and knock. When God opens the door (which indeed he will because it has already been unlocked, remember?), let us ask for the means to cleanse ourselves (Confession and humble reception of the Eucharist) and thereby gain rightful entry to the house of the Lord by way of the key of David.
